As we come into week 6 of term 1 Kicking and Shooting Goals students from years 7-10 have been attending one scheduled fitness session per week run by Emma Mcsweeney. 

Students have been doing various workouts from running/sprints, strength circuit's, yoga, AMRAPS and Tabata. 

V Swan students are now into their second week at Wanangkura stadium to beat the heat. Since the transition to an indoor space the intensity of these workouts has ramped up and in full swing.  

V Swans staff look forward to over the next few weeks as we incorporate skills into these sessions. 


We ask all our students to wear their V Swans uniform to these sessions along with a drink bottle.
